Return Refund Policy

At Luxe Wardrobe LED, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order wardrobes
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that show signs of installation, damage, or misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@luxewardrobeled.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
